Gobbins Cliff Path Sea Trip
Beginning from Carrickfergus you will have the opportunity to see Carrickfergus Castle from the water.
On the way to see the breath-taking scenery of the Gobbins at Island Magee, passengers can enjoy views of the idyllic Edwardian seaside town of Whitehead. We also pass closely to Blackhead Lighthouse, constructed in the early 19th century, which guided all ships in and out of Belfast Lough, including the Titanic. The spectacular sight of the Gobbins is renowned for its Victorian cliff path walk which includes tunnels and suspension bridges, recently rebuilt. The Gobbins has been declared an Area of Special Scientific Interest (ASSI) due to the colonies of breeding seabirds, unusual geological features and wide range of marine plant life. With its mysterious black caves and an abundance of jellyfish the Gobbins trip has something for everyone.
