• Comfortable Life jackets are provided and must be worn by all passengers.

• Clothing – Wear comfortable, warm clothing. No high heels.

• Luggage – Restriction to one 20 litre backpack per person to allow hands free.

• Valuables – Abhainn Cruises accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to your property.

• Fitness – Passenger must be able to climb 11 meter ladder unassisted in case boarding stairs at harbour are blocked.

• Intoxication – Intoxicated persons will be refused passage for safety.

• Passage may be refused if Ticket Holder behaves aggressively or threateningly towards Skipper, crew or other passengers.

• Please be respectful and considerate to all marina staff, other marina users and marina property.

• Damage to boat or equipment by passengers is recoverable from lead passengers (person who makes the booking). This includes discharge of inflatable life jacket in non emergency situation.

• Health & Safety – Not suitable for anyone who is pregnant, has limited mobility including hip/knee replacement, has back or heart conditions or has had recent surgery. If in doubt, please talk to us about your personal circumstances or consult your GP about your suitability to travel on a RHIB.

• While we try to adhere to sailing dates and times, these are changeable due to weather and circumstances beyond our control. We will provide the closest possible sailing time/date to original schedule as possible. Refunds will be given when the alternative is not within 48 hours from the original.

• Ticket purchasers are entitled to a full refund only, if we cannot offer an alternative sailing.

• Ticket is non-refundable in the event of ticket purchaser cancelling or being a no show.

• We recommend different day return tickets as race schedules are subject to change and sailings are weather dependent.
